ARC Management provides OnlyFans account management services to content creators. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Account strategy and growth roadmap development
• Revenue optimisation including pricing strategy, PPV structuring, and upsell systems
• Content planning and calendar management
• Fan engagement and DM management
• Marketing and cross-platform promotion including Reddit and Twitter/X
• Analytics and weekly performance reporting

The specific services provided to each client are agreed and documented in a separate management agreement signed by both parties. These terms of service govern your use of our website and initial engagement with us — your management agreement governs the ongoing service relationship.

When you contact us through our website or social media channels to enquire about our services:

• We will respond within 2 business days where possible
• Any information you share during an enquiry or consultation is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• An enquiry or consultation does not create a binding service agreement — that only occurs when both parties have signed a management agreement
• We reserve the right to decline to work with any prospective client at our discretion without providing a reason

To engage ARC Management's services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the legal owner or authorised operator of the OnlyFans account you wish us to manage
• Comply with OnlyFans' terms of service and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited by any law or regulation from engaging in the business of content creation

We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a client is under 18, we will immediately terminate the service relationship.

Our website and content

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ARC Management brand — is owned by or licensed to ARC Management and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.

Your content

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us. You retain full ownership of all content you create. Where you engage our services, you grant us a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services, as further detailed in your management agreement.

Any information you share with us during an enquiry, consultation, or through use of our website is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

We expect the same in return — any information we share with you about our methods, systems, pricing, team, or clients is confidential and must not be shared with third parties without our written consent.

No guarantee of results

Any results, revenue figures, or growth projections discussed on our website, in our marketing materials, or during consultations are illustrative examples based on past client outcomes. They are not guarantees of specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on niche, content quality, starting point, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
